Refund Policy
- You can get a full refund with in 14 days of registration. After 14 days, you can get a credit toward a future event.
- If an event is booked or canceled within 30 days of an event starting, we can’t offer you a refund or credit and therefore forfeit funds toward your purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
